Veronica, at reception, made our arrival seamless and friendly, and her local insights significantly enhanced our experience. Whether guiding us to nearby restaurants or advising on local activities, she was a warm touchstone throughout our stay. I particularly appreciated the wine release event she informed us about, providing a delightful way to unwind after site-seeing. The rooms, while facing a lively plaza, were surprisingly quiet and spacious, allowing us to recharge after family adventures. We relished the decent breakfast options, although one day fell short on fresh bread. Nonetheless, the friendly staff made our mornings pleasant, creating an atmosphere that felt welcoming.
